I started my month trying all the new foods at Target Field [read] and ended it not too far, eating at the chef’s counter at Giulia: a don’t miss experience- just $85/person for 5 courses and it was fantastic!!!
WHERE I ATE IN APRIL:
Lotus Maple Grove: My oldest works here, we ate here long before Sam got a gig! Great family, terrific Vietnamese classics along with fried rice and Chinese specialties too.
Sidebar at Surdyk’s: They added weekend brunch and it’s quite nice
Stillwater trip:
Howard’s Bar, Stillwater: excellent patty melt
Lolito: incredible agave selection and cocktails
Olio in Bayport: maybe my favorite pasta and Italian restaurant in the state
